So I'm down to 126
which is one pound away from where I want to be (go me!) but I've just noticed that one of my smaller toenails looks like it's turning black from the week or so when my shoe was rubbing me the wrong way when I ran (it just as mysteriously stopped). I'm going to lose it, aren't I?
